Sr. Accountant

We are seeking a young, energetic, and smart professional to take charge as Senior Accountant cum Administrator. The ideal candidate will not only manage the company’s entire accounts and administration independently but also lead and coordinate with the existing staff smoothly, without complications. This role requires strong technical knowledge, reporting skills, and the ability to ensure timely compliance and efficient operations.

  • Manage day-to-day accounting: bank entries, cash entries, purchase and sales booking, and filing.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports: cash flow, receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, and outstanding dues.
  • Handle monthly compliances: GST returns, Professional Tax returns, PF & ESI filings.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, reconciliations, and financial records.
  • Generate sales, purchase, inventory, MIS reports for management.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, vendor bills, rents, utilities, statutory dues, and other payments.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to collect outstanding receivables.
  • Manage vendor relations and ensure proper settlement of dues.
  • Maintain and reconcile all company bank accounts.
  • Correspond with bankers regarding credit facilities, loans, overdrafts, LC, BG, and other financial requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage the existing staff in a professional, collaborative, and complication-free manner.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts and admin records.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and authorities during audits and assessments.
  • Provide management with timely financial insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in handling full accounts and administration.
  • Young, energetic, and smart, with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage current staff without complications.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up ability.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Desirable and Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of GST, PT, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
