Sr. Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting standards, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Review reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor statements, and intercompany balances.
• Supervise, train, and guide junior accounting staff.
• Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
