Sr Accountant (Onsite/Night Shift)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented sr Accountant to manage financial operations, support budgeting and costing activities, and ensure compliance with US and UAE taxation standards. The ideal candidate must be proficient in creating invoices, processing salaries, handling tax-related tasks, and contributing to the establishment of a structured finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations
• Prepare and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle salary processing, including payroll calculations and statutory deductions.
• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with US and UAE taxation laws.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and monitor cash flows.
• Costing & Budgeting
• Prepare and analyze costing reports for products, services, and operations.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor expenditure against budgets and report deviations.
• Support the development of cost-control measures to improve profitability.
• Department Setup & Process Building
• Assist in establishing and structuring a new finance department.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures, workflows, and documentation standards.
• Ensure internal controls are in place and followed.
• Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
• Ensure timely submission of tax filings, VAT returns, and other compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial operations.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven 5 -8 experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of US & UAE taxation, payroll, costing, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
