About the Role
InstaFinancials is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Accounts & Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory filings, payroll, and financial compliance activities. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Tally, GST, TDS, MCA filings, and general accounting, while also supporting MIS reporting, investor coordination, and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete accounting operations and bookkeeping in Tally (latest version).
- Prepare and process invoices, track receivables & payables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Handle Payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related statutory payments.
- File and maintain compliance for GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, PT, and other statutory requirements.
- Oversee ROC/MCA filings, statutory documentation, and coordination with auditors and consultants.
- Conduct bank statement reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and inter-company accounts review.
- Prepare and circulate MIS reports, financial summaries, and compliance trackers.
- Support investor reporting, maintaining accurate compliance and financial records.
- Coordinate with banks, statutory bodies, and other external agencies for compliance activities.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Handle general administrative and accounting support as part of the finance function.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in the latest version of Tally (mandatory).
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, MCA, and Payroll compliance.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent command over MS Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
