Sr. Accounts & Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts and Finance Executive to manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This role is responsible for preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, job cost accounting, and general ledger functions.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training and performance feedback.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
• Oversee job cost tracking, ensuring expenses are correctly allocated to projects.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for leadership.
• Coordinate with project managers on project billing, contract compliance, and change orders.
• Manage lien waivers, subcontractor compliance, and insurance documentation.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax preparers, and banks.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (e.g., B.Com, BBA Finance).
• Professional certifications preferred: CA (Inter/Final), ACCA, CMA, or MBA (Finance).

Experience:

• 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
• Proven experience in handling financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.

Shift Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
