On behalf of our client, a global leader in market research and insights, we are seeking experienced Sr./Account /Research Managers to join their team in KSA / Riyadh.
Requirements

BA in Business Degree or Equivalent

Minimum 4-5 years of research experience (Quantitative)

In collaboration with SL head, activate the SL business plan and ensure SL meets target revenue objectives.

Interact with clients to promote the company’s brand and value proposition and sell services in full alignment with the SL head

Develop the strong relationship with clients and retain the key accounts with highest satisfaction score.

Take proactive initiative to grow the business with existing clients and always look up adding new Logos.

Conduct and initiate proactive contact leads to generate and qualify new lead for business

In collaboration with SL head and CO build the proposal end-to-end pitch plan and lead.

Mastery in project management, end-to-end delivery workflow

Ensure higher client satisfaction by leveraging both (but not limited) exceptional client service skills and research excellence, thereby creating a significant impact on overall client deliverables and the company’s revenue.

Ensure adherence to commitments and timelines, maintaining accountability and reliability in project delivery.

Enforce overall compliance including IGQS of project management.

Make sure that proposals are entered in the system in a timely manner

Supervise, lead and guide the RRC team and closely monitor them.

Responsible for mentoring and sharing research and business knowledge with the RRC team, while organizing regular training sessions to enhance their research insight and project management skills

Assign and review the work of the field staff and quality of collected data and assist where needed.

Ensure QC protocols are applied and implemented, closely monitor the field progress and ensure compliance are being followed.

Accompany the field for face-to-face projects to ensure the field SOPs are followed. Also observe the ground learnings and improvise the process as and when require and appropriate with SL head alignment.

Maintain the data privacy and data confidentiality that are applicable to the country and ensure field staff and interviewers are applying them.
