Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources (HR) by performing a wide variety of complex secretarial, clerical, and technical duties. Employee will also serve as first contact for HR, providing superior customer service when responding to phone calls, emails, and walk-ins from staff, students, and the public. This position receives direction from the Associate Director of Human Resources and exercises no supervision.
Note: This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Sedentary-Desk work; occasional field trips e.g. for college or program activates. Minimal Hazard/Exposure-Standard office setting. At least minimal environmental controls are in place to assure health and comfort.
