The Sr. Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Division Chair of the Visual & Performing Arts Department and serves as the primary point of contact for the division. The position supports the daily operation of the division by coordinating administrative processes such as scheduling, records management, and communication across multiple academic programs and campus partners while delivering professional customer service to faculty, staff, students, and the public through phone, email, and in-person interactions. This position receives direction from the Division Chair of Visual & Performing Arts and exercises no supervision.
