We're a smaller, rapidly growing organization committed to innovation, quality, and exceptional customer service, serving clients nationwide with high-precision manufacturing and vendor-managed inventory services.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sr. Administrative Business Partner to cover a high-level, multifunctional role responsible for both internal operations and external business growth, such as managing finances, office workflow, and sales activities. serves as the organizational linchpin, ensuring the seamless execution of daily activities across administrative, financial, and sales departments. This role is responsible for maintaining high levels of operational efficiency, and providing critical support to the production and sales team to drive growth and operational efficiencyThis position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities in a collaborative setting.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Financial Management & Accounting

  • Manage daily accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, monthly bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  • 2. Sales Operations & Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate sales order processing and monitor delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction
  • 3. Office Management & Administration
  • Oversee daily office operations, including facility maintenance, supply procurement, and inventory management.
  • Streamline internal workflows by implementing new operational policies and technology solutions.
  • Manage human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and benefits administration.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar administrative accounting role, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred; equivalent experience considered).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and compliance standards is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while being proactive and solution-oriented.
