Purpose of the Role
The Sr.
Analyst, Human Resources
is responsible for the maintenance and integrity of benefit plans, 401k plans and eligibility files within Oracle Cloud. This role drives impact across the Yum! business through analysis, ad hoc reporting and leading various projects for the Total Rewards Team and will be the liaison between Total Rewards and IT.
Job Responsibilities
Eligibility files – 15%

Works closely with external vendors and internal IT resources to maintain eligibility file transfers.

Develops functional specifications and new account structures, working with IT to validate and maintain data file integrity.

Responsible for managing the vendor relationship for ACA, including employee maintenance of measurement and stability periods, and validation of inbound and outbound eligibility files.
Reporting – 40%

Builds and maintains ad hoc reports per internal customer and vendor requirements, including invoicing, census data, and regulatory agency requirements.

Provides analysis and metrics related to benefits enrolment.

Leads ACA 1095-C reporting requirements and W2 benefit reporting requirements.

Leads the processing of daily 401k edit reports and vendor edit reports, identifying trends and process gaps.

Supports 401k daily report analysis.

Responsible for process automation using Oracle OTBI, BI reporting, and Python, as well as maintaining the Total Rewards Dashboard.
System Configuration and Enrolment Data Management – 20%

Responsible for testing and maintenance of new and existing benefit and 401k plan configurations, qualifying life events, and annual open enrolment.

Audits and validates employee elections and enrolment data during quarterly system patch testing.

Leads projects to implement process and system improvements, partnering with IT, Total Rewards Design, Payroll, HR Administration, Pension, and Compensation teams.

Serves as liaison between Total Rewards and IT, identifying department needs.

Assists with Oracle quarterly patch testing for benefits and 401k.

Provides support during year-end to help test the workforce compensation tool.
Process, Procedures and Compliance – 25%

Creates and maintains process and procedure documentation for benefits and 401k processing and ACA employee maintenance.

Oversees automation of daily processes.

Administers programs in compliance with policy and regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, DOL, ACA, etc.).

Leads project management for new 401k changes from a functional HRIT perspective, including automation of related processes.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 5 years HRIS/Benefits Administration experience

Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Capable of working independently with minimal guidance

Ability to work with multiple teams to find solutions and turn complex issues into logical steps and work plans

Ability to handle complex projects independently, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
Ability to create and execute queries using Oracle Cloud reporting tools, Power Automate, Power BI and Python
