The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics, will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic development through research, analytics, and statistical analysis. Your analytical expertise will optimize sales planning processes and improve forecasting accuracy, supporting the company’s growth objectives. This role is responsible for the entire cycle of marketing & sales analysis (extraction, manipulation/cleaning, analysis, insights, slides, presentation)

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify trends in sales, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain advanced sales forecasting models to accurately predict future sales performance.
  • Continuously monitor and refine forecasting models based on changing market conditions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for sales planning.
  • Partner with stakeholders (internal and franchisees) to align on sales strategies and optimize planning processes.
  • Track and evaluate key sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to address specific business questions and challenges.
  • Provide recommendations on sales strategies/tactics to improve sales performance
  • Industry Trends & Best Practices:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales planning and forecasting to enhance strategies.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data analysis, sales analysis, planning, or forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, others acceptable if other requirements are met
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to create analysis, generate insights, analyze and interpret operational data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required) for data manipulation and analysis
  • SQL skills for data extraction and querying
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and business areas
  • This position requires conducting business operations across the Latin America region. To perform the essential functions of this role, fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
