Sr Associate Quality Control Auditor Contract Based

Sr. Associate Quality Control Auditor

supports the implementation and maintenance of the IMS. Conducts internal audits, educates teams on IMS compliance, and manages document control processes.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct internal audits as per approved audit program.
• Raise and track Non Conformities (NCs), Observations, and corrective actions.
• Verify compliance with quality, environmental, and OH&S requirements.
• Review risk assessments, environmental aspects, and OH&S hazard controls.
• Support investigation of incidents, customer complaints, and operational NCs.
• Maintain IMS document control (versioning, approvals, master lists).
• Support KPI monitoring and data reporting for Management Review.
• Assist during external certification and surveillance audits.
• Provide IMS awareness and guidance to departments.
• Issue Internal Audit Reports and NCs.
• Request corrective actions from process owners.
• Access IMS related records and documentation.
• Escalate compliance risks to the Quality Control Specialist

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management (or equivalent).
• Internal Auditor Certification ISO 9001, Internal Auditor Certification ISO 14001, Internal Auditor Certification ISO 45001, Internal Auditor Certification ISO 17025
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality/IMS environment.
• Experience conducting internal audits
• Good understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Attention to detail and document management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Audit preparation and execution.
• Technical writing/editing.
• Proficient in using and understanding digital platforms
