|About the Role

Assessing the head of internal audit in performing IA related tasks, include planning, conducting audit engagements, follow up, etc.

|What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute audits, including general controls, application controls, cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT infrastructure.
• Review the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate the adequacy of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Review project governance, IT related projects and provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Review data integrity, confidentiality and availability.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit programs accordingly.
• Evaluate the adequacy of business continuity and disaster recovery process.
• Evaluate compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Test controls over systems such as ERP, databases, and network security.
• Identify control weaknesses, security vulnerabilities, and process inefficiencies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate audit results to stakeholders and follow up on remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with external auditors and IT/security teams as needed.
• Support the internal audit service providers, review their performance against SLA and engagement objectives etc.
• Stay current with emerging IT risks, technologies, and auditing techniques.

|Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, IS or similar field
• CISA is advantages
• 3-5 years of experience

|Technical Competence

Proficiency Levels:

• Basic = B
• Proficient = P
• Advanced = A
• Operations & Finance Audit Unit = B
