Job summary

The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing procurement processes using Coupa solutions. With a hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of Coupa Procure Coupa Pay and a commitment to delivering impactful business solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and optimization of procurement processes using Coupa Procure and Coupa Pay solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of Coupa systems to ensure seamless integration with existing business processes.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and process flows.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business goals.
  • Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality and usability of Coupa systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Coupa-related issues.


Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Coupa Procure and Coupa Pay functionalities.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully implementing procurement solutions.
  • Show proficiency in documenting business requirements and process flows.
  • Display the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in business information systems or a related field.
