Job Description – Senior Business Development Executive D2C(Field Sales)

We are expanding our market presence and are looking for experienced Business Development Executives who can independently drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and deliver measurable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and industry connects.
  • Pitch Protyze’s solutions to prospective clients and convert them into long-term accounts.
  • Own and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead client meetings, product demos, and commercial negotiations.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets, channels, and customer segments.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide insights on competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and client databases.
  • Mentor junior sales executives and contribute to team success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–10 years of proven experience in field sales / business development (B2B or B2C, depending on role).
  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong local market knowledge and industry network.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).

Pay: ₹406,408.84 - ₹900,000.00 per year
