Job Title: Sr. Civil Engineer – Phase Two Expansion Project
Location: Flora Vythiri Resort, Wayanad (Kerala)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

About Us:

Flora Vythiri Resort is a leading luxury resort nestled in the serene beauty of Wayanad, Kerala. As part of our Phase Two expansion project, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team and play a key role in overseeing and delivering this prestigious project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee, plan, and execute civil engineering works for the resort expansion project.
• Coordinate closely with project management contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion of works.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Prepare, review, and approve engineering drawings, designs, and BOQs.
• Manage site operations including scheduling, manpower allocation, material procurement, and progress monitoring.
• Provide technical expertise and solutions for any engineering challenges at site.
• Ensure cost-effective execution without compromising on quality and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, prepare progress reports, and escalate issues where necessary.
• Liaise with internal management to update project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling high-level projects.
• Previous experience in hotel or resort construction projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong exposure to working closely with project management contractors.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
