Sr. Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, Civil Defense, and other applicable authority regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Review drawings and identify design discrepancies before execution.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and coordinate material requirements with the procurement team.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the approved schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control in accordance with project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Manage manpower allocation, productivity, overtime records, and daily site activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals from consultants and relevant authorities.
• Control material usage and minimize wastage on site.
• Resolve technical issues promptly to avoid delays in project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of UAE construction experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, Dubai Civil Defense, and other UAE construction authority requirements.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Experience in villas, commercial, residential, renovation, and infrastructure projects is preferred.
• UAE Driving License is Mandatory.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
