Senior Site Engineer – Concrete Works

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Concrete Works to oversee and manage all site activities related to structural concrete works. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in executing concrete structures, coordinating with project teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all concrete works on site, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, and other structural elements.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Coordinate concrete pouring activities and ensure proper quality control measures.
• Attend project meetings and liaise with clients and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Site Engineer handling concrete works.
• Strong knowledge of structural concrete construction and execution.
• Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, commercial, or residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
