Core Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple projects for pharma and life sciences clients, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality across engagements.

Conduct in‑depth desk research to develop a comprehensive understanding of target markets, companies, or opportunities.

Gather information through secondary research and IQVIA data sources based on client‑specific requirements.

Integrate desk research findings with IQVIA data and PMR to create holistic, actionable deliverables for clients.

Lead strategic projects for pharma and life sciences companies, including EBPs, covering:

Opportunity assessment

Disease and market landscape analysis

Competitive intelligence
-
Analog benchmarking
-
Digital roadmap development

Market sizing
-
Brand and portfolio strategy

Ensure high‑quality outputs; proactively identify risks and issues and escalate as needed.
Project and Team Management

Function as overall project lead, managing multiple accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and deliver high‑quality outputs.

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Education, Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences from a recognized premier institute.

8–12 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Consulting, or Professional Services Outsourcing organizations.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
