Position Details

Role: Senior Cost Estimator
Experience Required: 3-5 years (US market experience preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Location: Lahore - Wapda Town
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM -12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contract documents
• Identify material, labor, and equipment requirements
• Coordinate with project managers and internal departments to ensure estimation accuracy
• Maintain and update cost databases
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning of projects

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil/construction cost estimation
• Strong understanding of material, labor, and equipment costing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant cost estimation software/tools
• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
