We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about beauty & fragrance,
highly empathetic, communicative, and com
mitted to delivering a delightful experience. You will be the voice of the brand, interacting with
customers across channels, helping resolve issues, and ensuring that every customer feels
heard and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, social media (DMs & comments) in a timely
and professional manner.
Provide product guidance: explain fragrance notes, usage tips, recommend matching products
(e.g. perfumes, body mists, etc.).
Assist customers with order management: status, tracking, cancellations, returns, exchanges.
Manage complaints / issues: resolve them or escalate as needed, and follow up to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM or support desk tool.
Monitor feedback (ratings, reviews) and work with internal teams (product, quality, operations)
to improve process / product issues.
Help with backend tasks like writing FAQ content, support scripts, or response templates.
Uphold brand voice & service standards in all communications (tone, style, responsiveness).
Skills & Qualifications
0-2+ years of experience in customer support / service, ideally in e-commerce / beauty /
fragrance / cosmetics.
Excellent communication skills — written and verbal, in English (and local language(s) as
needed).
Empathetic, patient, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, helpdesk platforms, chat / social media.
Good attention to detail: ensuring orders, customer data, follow-ups are correct.
Ability to multi-task, manage time well, and prioritize.
A passion for perfumes / beauty industry is a big plus.
