Job Title: Sr. Data Engineers

Rate of Pay: $158,808.00 - $165,100.00 / per year

Job Duties: Apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets. Analyze and manipulate large data sets using statistical software. Support build and optimization of our real-time data and real-time data pipeline architecture working in conjunction with cross functional teams. Responsible for data flow design and implementation. Create and maintain optimal real- data pipeline architecture. Gather and process large, complex, raw data sets at scale, including writing scripts, web scraping, calling APIs, write SQL queries that meet business requirements. Apply feature selection algorithms to model predicting outcomes. Design, develop, and deliver world class data algorithmic artifacts, including documentation and coding; coordinate data algorithmic development with infrastructural development; work closely with our engineering and cross functional IT teams to integrate innovations and algorithms into products. Research and apply advanced algorithms and methods involving data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques. Process unstructured data into a form suitable for analysis.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a data scientist-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a data scientist-related occupation.

Telecommuting / working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policy.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
