Job Title: Digital Sales & Business Growth Executive

Job Type: Full-time | PermanentWork Location: In-Person – New Delhi, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and close deals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through digital channels such as social media platforms, email marketing, WhatsApp outreach, and online advertising.
  • Execute digital lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and convert them into paying customers.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships, understand business needs, and recommend suitable digital solutions.
  • Actively follow up on leads, conduct discussions, and support deal closures.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute directly to company revenue growth.
  • Track sales activities, maintain lead records, and prepare basic reports.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through timely communication and professional handling.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Higher Secondary (Required).
  • 1 year experience in social media marketing (Required).
  • 1 year experience in digital marketing or digital sales (Required).
  • Strong command over English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Good understanding of digital platforms, online communication, and lead generation tools.
  • Confident communicator with negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented, disciplined, and growth-focused mindset.
