Senior Marketing Manager (Digital, SaaS & Cloud Services)

Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who can bridge creativity with strategy to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth across Concret.io’s two core business lines:
1. Professional IT & Salesforce Services
2. Proprietary SaaS, AI & Cloud-based Products and Accelerators
This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You’ll lead a cross-functional marketing team, manage campaigns, guide product launches, and execute data-driven growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies for both service and product verticals.
- Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation for enterprise services and SaaS products.
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps and KPIs.
- Identify and leverage emerging trends such as AI-driven marketing, social commerce, and automation.
- Ensure strong alignment between product marketing, digital campaigns, and sales enablement.
2. Team Leadership & Growth
- Lead and inspire a hybrid marketing team (SEO, content, design, and social media specialists).
- Conduct daily virtual huddles for progress tracking, feedback, and collaboration.
- Identify skill gaps and collaborate with HR or freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork) to onboard additional talent.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
3. Digital Marketing & Execution
- Oversee SEO, SEM, content, social media, and email marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand tone and high-quality output across blogs, landing pages, podcasts, and social channels.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns and optimize for ROI.
- Leverage tools such as Zoho Projects, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp for campaign tracking and reporting.
- Continuously experiment with new-age SEO and AI-enabled marketing techniques.
4. Campaigns, Product Launches & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns for both service offerings and product launches.
- Develop and manage go-to-market strategies for SaaS, AI, and cloud-native tools (content, demos, AppExchange listings, and outreach).
- Drive measurable increases in leads, conversions, and customer engagement.
5. Measurement, Reporting & Optimization
- Define and track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, engagement, and marketing ROI.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reviews to assess progress and align future campaigns.
- Create actionable insights, dashboards, and reports for leadership visibility.
6. Process & Innovation
- Establish clear workflows, documentation, and reporting frameworks using Zoho Projects.
- Implement best practices in marketing automation, CRM usage, and analytics.
- Encourage ongoing tool adoption and innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in digital marketing for IT services, cloud computing, or SaaS/AI products.
- Deep expertise in SEO/SEM, content strategy, analytics, and automation tools.
- Experience with Zoho Projects, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.
- Experience managing distributed teams and freelance contributors.

Work Environment
We embrace a hybrid work model, with collaboration encouraged at our Gurgaon and Jaipur offices. The ideal candidate will participate regularly in on-site brainstorming, campaign reviews, and leadership sessions.
