Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Kondhwa, Pune

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media management, and analytics, with a strong understanding of digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage & optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and brand visibility.
  • Manage social media calendars, content planning, and platform-wise growth initiatives.
  • Perform keyword research, develop SEO content strategies, and improve keyword rankings.
  • Track, analyze & report campaign performance using analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, etc.).
  • Conduct competitor analysis & market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the design/content team for ad creatives, landing pages, and social media assets.
  • Manage email marketing, automation flows, and CRM-based outreach campaigns.
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion using A/B testing and data insights.
  • Work on marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, maintain ROAS/ROI, and reduce CAC.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proven experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM & SMM.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Proficiency in keyword research & analytics.
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels & conversion optimization.
  • Basic understanding of Canva, Figma, or creative briefing.
  • Strong command of copywriting for ads, landing pages & social posts.
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and decision-making ability.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Experience with WhatsApp marketing, SMS campaigns, and retargeting.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn Ads (bonus).
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns targeting B2B audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.

Salary Range
