Sr. E-commerce Marketplace Officer

We are actively seeking a highly organized and proactive eBay Account Manager to take ownership of our online store operations. This role involves managing product listings, tracking inventory, handling customer service, and driving sales through effective use of eBay’s selling tools. The ideal candidate has direct experience with eBay Seller Hub and understands the platform’s best practices, policies, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain compelling product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with fulfillment partners to ensure smooth and timely order processing
• Conduct pricing analysis and monitor competitor activity to remain competitive in the marketplace
• Handle customer messages, returns, and order issues in a professional and timely manner
• Plan and manage promotional strategies using tools like Promoted Listings and markdown sales
• Review account health reports regularly to stay compliant with eBay’s standards
• Analyze traffic and conversion data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience managing an active eBay seller account
• Familiarity with eBay’s tools, Seller Hub, and platform policies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Good communication skills—both written and verbal
• Comfortable using inventory tracking or analytics software

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
• Experience with eBay advertising and promotional tools
• Knowledge of eBay reporting and performance metrics
