Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical
Senior eBay Account Manager
to oversee and grow our eBay business operations. The ideal candidate will manage the entire eBay store performance from product listing and optimization to pricing, promotions, order management, and customer satisfaction. This role requires deep platform knowledge, strategic planning, and strong execution skills to maximize sales, improve rankings, and ensure smooth day-to-day account operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Store Management:

Manage overall eBay account health, including performance metrics, policy compliance, and dispute resolution.

Monitor and optimize listings to improve visibility, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure all listings align with eBays latest policies, guidelines, and category standards.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, markdowns, and eBay deals to boost sales and traffic.
Listing & Optimization:

Create, edit, and optimize high-performing product listings with SEO-driven titles, descriptions, and item specifics.

Conduct keyword research using tools like Terapeak, Zik Analytics, and Title Builder.

Maintain consistency in content, branding, and visual presentation across all listings.
Inventory & Order Management:

Oversee stock levels, fulfillment timelines, and order accuracy using tools like Linnworks or similar systems.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.

Manage returns, refunds, and customer escalations efficiently.
Market Analysis & Strategy:

Analyze sales trends, competitor performance, and category insights to identify growth opportunities.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue, CTR, and conversion rates.

Monitor eBay algorithm updates and adjust strategy accordingly.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Track and report on key performance indicators (sales, traffic, impressions, conversion rates).

Identify underperforming listings and execute data-backed improvement strategies.

Provide regular account performance updates and actionable insights to management.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an eBay Account Manager or in a similar e-commerce management role (25 years preferred).

Strong understanding of eBay platform tools, SEO, promotions, and policies.

Experience with research and analytics tools (Terapeak, Zik Analytics, etc.).

Excellent English communication and writing skills.

Proficiency in using HTML templates and ensuring mobile-friendly designs.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
