Sr. Engineer

IMMEDIATE JOINING

Education: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: - 5 To 10 Years (Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Design:
• Prepare, review, and approve designs, drawings, and specifications for civil projects.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Construction Supervision & Execution:
• Oversee and monitor site activities to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Manage construction schedules and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and government regulations.
• Quality Control & Safety Compliance:
• Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality standards.
• Enforce safety measures and regulatory compliance on-site.
• Address any defects or non-conformance in construction work.
• Cost Estimation & Budget Management:
• Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets.
• Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.
• Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
• Lead a team of junior engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams.
• Resolve site-related issues and disputes.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and site records.
• Present reports on project status, risks, and corrective actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
