Manufacturing of pressure vessels and Heat Exchangers, Manpower Planning & Handling, Shop Floor Activities, Dispatch Planning.

• Assist in the fabrication of pressure vessels and heat exchangers, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

• Support material selection and verification processes in line with project specifications.

• Aid in conducting stage-wise inspections and maintaining traceability throughout the
  manufacturing process.

• Assist in preparing and reviewing dispatch documentation, including inspection reports and shipping manifests.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

• Utilize ERP and SAP systems for inventory management, order tracking, and reporting.

• Support in preparing detailed cost estimates for manufacturing processes, including material, labor, and overhead costs.

• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during manufacturing processes.

• Report any issues that arise during the manufacturing process and assist in implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• B.E Mechanical/Production with 4-7 yrs experience in EPC companies in process field

• Practical knowledge of SS, fabrication
• Machining Knowledge – Turning, Drilling, Milling, Grooving, forming, Welding – SMAW, GTAW
• Strong organizational Leadership and English communication skills, Budgeting, Costing
  workout, Manufacturing Drawing Checking, Process & planning Skills, Multi Projects Handling, etc.
• knowledge of engineering principles and ability to create and read technical drawings
• ERP, SAP, ISO, ASME, CE marked job knowledge
• Knowledge of Hygienic Pipe fittings, Skid Systems
• Organization and time management to complete work to project deadlines
