Sr. Engineer– Supply Chain Management

Role: Sourcing of Engineering Materials, SS pipes, plates, instruments, compressors.

Job Responsibilities:

· Source search, identification and selection

· RFP, RFQ, Quote, quote comparison and evaluation

· Price negotiation

· Contracts with vendors/ external providers

· New product development with vendor

· Vendor Risk management

· Procurement planning and schedules to vendors

· Delivery tracking: Plan vs actual

· Timely servicing of customer requirements

· Adherence to SOPs and guidelines

Education& Experience

· Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical having equivalent technical manufacturing environment with 6-8 yrs of experience

· Preferred Industry background - EPC company in Process Field

· Leadership ability and preferably experience

Knowledge/Skills

· Ability to multi-task, and adjust priorities

· Ability to manage customers, suppliers, and internal functional groups (as necessary)

· Good communication skills, sensible

· Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems & Microsoft Office

· In-depth knowledge of supply chain engineering operations and best practices

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

· Team player

· Good time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
