Sr. Executive – Accounts & Finance (Payable & Receivable)

We’re Hiring: Sr. Executive – Accounts & Finance (Payable & Receivable) – Client-Based Role

Location: Barki Road, near Paragon City, Lahore
Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 80,000
Experience Level: Mid-Level | Full-Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – Accounts & Finance (Payable & Receivable) on behalf of one of our esteemed clients. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong command of vendor management, customer billing, payment processing, and receivables tracking while ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable: process vendor invoices, verify documentation, and ensure timely payments
• Manage Accounts Receivable: issue invoices to customers, monitor collections, and reconcile balances
• Prepare AP & AR aging reports and share with management for timely follow-ups
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accurate ledger entries
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment approvals and resolve discrepancies
• Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–4 years of proven experience handling both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and payment processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, ERP preferred)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
