Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site office operations, including stationery, housekeeping, and utilities.
- Maintain records of attendance, leave, and overtime for site employees.
- Handle site-level travel, accommodation and transport arrangements for employees and visitors.
- Ensure proper upkeep of site infrastructure, equipment, and communication facilities.
- Maintain employee personal files, statutory records, and site documentation.
- Support in preparation and submission of compliance documents (labour, EHS, PF/ESI, etc.).
- Coordinate with contractors/sub-contractors for documentation, ID cards, and access permissions.
- Maintain registers as per statutory requirements (Muster Roll, Wage Register, etc.).
- Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities at the site.
- Facilitate grievance redressal, disciplinary records, and welfare initiatives.
- Support payroll inputs by compiling attendance, overtime, and leave details.
- Organize employee engagement, health & safety awareness, and welfare activities at site.
- Process petty cash, site expenses, and maintain expense records with proper approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors for supply of materials, services, and ensure timely payments.
- Support budget monitoring and cost control measures at the site.
Qualifications & Experience
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 5-6 years of experience in site administration (preferably in construction/infrastructure/industrial projects).
- Familiarity with labour laws, vendor management, and site-level HR practices.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
