Jordan Health is seeking a Sr. Executive Assistant to the President & CEO to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President, and also serving as a liaison to the board of directors and staff.

The Sr. Executive Assistant to President& CEO will ensure that:

• The CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization is facilitated
• The complex schedule of the CEO is followed and respected
• There is efficient communication between the President & CEO’s office and internal departments
• There is efficient communication between the President & CEO’s office and the Board of Directors
• The CEO is well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
• Contacts made by the CEO are cultivated into ongoing relationships
• Communications related to partnerships and outreaches are timely and accurate

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s education and strong work tenure; 10+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a non-profit organization or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience and interest in internal and external communications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
• Bi-Lingual/Spanish is not required but desirable
