Job Description

Sera Pakistan is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive Costing professional with experience in manufacturing costing and commercial imports. The ideal candidate must have strong cost accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with Excel and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Product Costing & Data Analysis

• Assist in preparation of product-wise costing.
• Update and maintain costing sheets, cost run data, and allocation files.

Production & Consumption Monitoring

• Review daily production, wastage, and consumption reports.
• Coordinate with production teams to verify data and resolve discrepancies.

Utilities Monitoring & Cost Allocation

• Track gas, electricity, and water consumption.
• Prepare monthly utility allocation sheets.
• Identify unusual consumption trends and coordinate with plant operations.

Inventory Control & Stock Valuation

• Assist in monthly stock valuation (RM, PM, WIP, FG).
• Prepare stock reconciliations.
• Support physical stock verification and ERP adjustments.

Imports & Landed Costing

• Prepare landed cost sheets for imported materials and goods.
• Coordinate with clearing agents for duties, taxes, freight, and other charges.

Reporting

• Assist in monthly management reporting.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Education: BS in Accounting & Finance or related field
• Experience: 2–3 years in costing and commercial imports
• Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• ERP system experience
• Knowledge of Import Income Tax, Sales Tax, Duties & Regulatory charges
• Understanding of supply chain & warehouse operations (GRN functions)
• Good communication and drafting skills
