Job Summary

Senior Executive in Export Customer Service with experience in the freight forwarding industry. Handles export shipments from start to finish, communicates with clients and partners, ensures timely documentation, and supports smooth delivery of goods. Focused on providing excellent customer service and keeping processes accurate and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage export shipments from booking to delivery.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents required for exports.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and other partners to ensure smooth movement of goods.
  • Communicate regularly with customers and overseas agents about shipment updates.
  • Make sure all work follows export rules and company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues quickly.
  • Keep shipment records organized and updated.
  • Track shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Business is a plus.
  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in Export Customer Service in the freight forwarding industry (mandatory).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A genuine interest in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
