Job Description: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Position : Sr. Executive – HR
Location : Mumbai (Girgaon)
Working Days: 6 Days
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Maintain a pipeline of candidates for critical roles.
2. Onboarding and Employee Integration
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate documentation and background verification.
Act as a point of contact for new employees during their initial integration period.
Work with teams to create and implement onboarding schedules and checklists.
3. MIS Reporting and Process Improvement
Maintain and update recruitment and onboarding data
Generate reports for recruitment metrics, onboarding success, and travel expenses.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and HR systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4 years plus experience in HR recruitment, onboarding, or related roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
