Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Senior Executive – People & Culture to join our growing HR team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a people-first culture by supporting talent management, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes including screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Assist in executing employee engagement initiatives and internal communication plans.
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and address employee queries effectively.
• Assist in organizing internal events, training sessions, and well-being programs.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR or People & Culture roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative approach.
• Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Immediate availability will be considered a plus.
