Sr. Finance Executive Distribution

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receivables Aging & Recoveries:

Tracking and managing receivables aging to ensure timely recoveries.

Working to ensure that collections are made within the stipulated time frames.

2. Claims Monitoring:

nsuring that all claims are monitored and processed as per company policies and guidelines.

Timely follow-up on any claims issues.

3. Credit Notes:

issuing and managing credit notes as per policies.

Ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

4. Coordination with Sales Team:

Collaborating with the sales team to resolve day-to-day operational issues.

Addressing finance-related matters to streamline sales processes.

5.Primary vs. Secondary Data Analytics:

Analyzing primary and secondary sales data to track performance, trends, and anomalies.

Supporting data-driven decision-making.

6.Sales Analytics:

Performing in-depth sales analysis to support forecasting, trend identification, and management reporting.

7.Stock Audit Coordination:

Working with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth stock audits for distributors.

Providing accurate data and support for audits.

8.Credit Limit Review:

Monitoring and reviewing credit limits for distributors in terms of both days and amount, using the ERP system.

Ensuring that limits are respected and adjusted as needed.

9.Promotional Activities – Finance Perspective:

Monitoring promotional activities from a financial standpoint.

Ensuring that promotions are within budget and properly accounted for.

10.Management Reporting:

Preparing and presenting management reports, including receivables status, claims, and sales analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
