Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer (Frontend Focus)

As a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (Frontend Focus), you’ll play a key role in building and scaling the next generation of applications at Acquisition.com. You’ll work across the stack, with a strong emphasis on crafting high-quality, performant, and intuitive user experiences using React and Next.js.

In our lean, high-performing environment, your contributions will directly impact company-wide operations. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable, and user-centered applications.

We’re looking for an engineer who is passionate about frontend architecture, design systems, usability, and performance — while maintaining strong backend fundamentals to operate effectively as a full-stack developer. You care deeply about how things feel, not just how they function.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Lead the development of intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience and usability.
• Architect and maintain frontend application structure, state management, and component libraries for long-term scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product and design to translate requirements and workflows into polished, user-centered solutions.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend Node.js–based APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Contribute to backend development where needed, including API design, data modeling, and integration work.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Improve development workflows through automation, AI-powered tooling, and continuous refinement of engineering processes.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code with comprehensive unit and end-to-end test coverage, and actively participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience with an emphasis on frontend engineering using React and Next.js.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
• Adequate backend experience with Node.js, API design, and system integration to operate effectively as a full-stack developer.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Vercel and AWS, CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, and observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog.
• Strong understanding of state management, component-driven development, and design systems.
• Experience with agent-driven development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
• Commitment to testing, documentation, and engineering best practices.
• Ability to balance thoughtful architecture with rapid iteration in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience operating at a senior level.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
