Sr. Graphic Designer

Requirements :

• Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral for internal and external communications.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual assets.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to develop creative solutions for employer branding initiatives.
• Edit and refine video content for corporate use, social media, and YouTube, transforming raw footage into professional-quality output.
• Interpret scripts and storyboards to design engaging video content from concept to final delivery.
• Lead and mentor junior graphic designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and guidance on design standards and best practices.
• Review and approve design work from the team to ensure high-quality output and brand alignment.
• Implement feedback and revisions to enhance design quality and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver fresh and innovative visual experiences.
• Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
