Sr. Growth Executive

Shispare is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Growth Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and marketing initiatives.

As a key representative of the company, you will act as the face of Shispare in client interactions, networking events, and business discussions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, supporting marketing efforts, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities that translate into business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1- Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, events, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Support and participate in proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

2- Marketing & Growth:

  • Support the marketing team and execute growth and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and promote marketing campaigns.
  • Identify new channels and strategies for acquiring potential customers.
  • Represent Shispare at industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence.

3- Relationship Management:

  • Act as a professional ambassador for Shispare.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client onboarding.
  • Coordinate with technical, HR, and operations teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.

4- Reporting & Performance:

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Track and report on growth metrics, sales activities, and business development efforts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth, lead generation, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, client acquisition, or a similar growth-focused role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in client-facing interactions and relationship building.
  • Understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth initiatives.
  • Experience in the IT, software services, or technology industry will be a plus.
