As a Senior Growth Specialist with the Customer Value Management (CVM) team at Koinz, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue generation. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CVM team to design and implement advanced growth strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement and lifetime value.

Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Use insights to inform decision-making and strategy formulation. Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to drive deeper insights.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages. Lead the development of high-impact campaigns and oversee their execution.

Customer Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation models to deliver personalized marketing messages and offers. Implement and manage sophisticated segmentation techniques to enhance personalization.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Provide actionable insights to improve performance. Conduct in-depth performance analysis and present findings to senior leadership.
