We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
  • Handle payroll processing and coordinate with the accounts department.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and implement retention strategies.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and assist in career development programs.
  • Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Support management in policy creation and implementation.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software (HRMS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
