Core Responsibilities

Policy Framework, Administration & MIS

  • Supports the creation and management of employee lifecycle policies and procedures including timely updations as directed.
  • Coordinates with the Senior management & Finance department for HR budget
  • Responsible for managing employee records and timely MIS and complete data management related to employees.
  • Responsible for managing Premises, Housekeeping, Security and upkeep of Shop Floor premises in line with the hygiene and in keeping with the statutory requirements from time to time.

Payroll and Benefits Administration

  • Handle attendance, leaves and payroll input processing, ensuring accuracy, post payroll activities of ESI, PF etc.
  • Administers the benefits programmes like loans, advances, health insurance, welfare schemes etc and interface with employees on the salary and benefits and resolution of related issues.
  • Responsible for final settlements of accounts, facilitation of PF, Gratuity and other support for the left employees and ensure there is no delay in settlements.

Employee Relations, Engagement & Managing Industrial Relations

  • Work closely with shop floor associates to address their concerns and ensure smooth operations.

· Works with department heads for supporting reward and recognition programs.

  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner in keeping with the principles of natural justice.
  • Work closely with shop floor associates to address their concerns and grievances to ensure smooth operations.
  • Facilitate employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve employee satisfaction. Supports actions plans based on the feedback.
  • Supports initiatives, like celebrating events, festivals, and other events to foster employee engagement.

Statutory Compliances;

· Ensure compliance with requirements like Factories Act and applicable labour laws. Liaise with the authorities as appropriate.

· Reporting of incidents to the Labour department, including enabling investigations to the logical end in compliance with the law.

· Handling labour related issues including disputes involving agencies like labour department.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and implement necessary changes to company policies.

Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the HR Director in order to meet the departmental objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹43,533.05 per month
