Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations at the factory location.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction for factory and staff employees.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.), and factory rules.
  • Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
  • Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with accounts/HR headquarters.
  • Manage disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions and ensure workforce skill development.
  • Monitor contract labor management and vendor compliance.
  • Support management in audits, inspections, and manpower planning.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture focused on safety, ethics, and teamwork.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / MBA (HR).
  • 4–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and factory act provisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

  • HR : 4 years (Preferred)
