Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations at the factory location.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction for factory and staff employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.), and factory rules.
- Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
- Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with accounts/HR headquarters.
- Manage disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions and ensure workforce skill development.
- Monitor contract labor management and vendor compliance.
- Support management in audits, inspections, and manpower planning.
- Promote a positive workplace culture focused on safety, ethics, and teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / MBA (HR).
- 4–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and factory act provisions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
