1 Talent Acquisition - Sourcing, Screening Candidates, Interview Line up, Negotiations, Releasing Offer

2 Responsible for complete employee life cycle

3 Adhering employees to follow HR Policies

4 Conducting Employee Inductions & Employee Engagement Activities

5 HR Operational Activities, Data Management & Vendor Management

6 Handling disciplinary issue and resolving employee grievance

7 Responsible of end to end payroll

8 Conducting Exit Formalites, Exit Interviews & Exit Documents

9 Experience is HRIS System and Tech Operations

10 Development of new consultant, co-ordination with existing consultant

11 Stakeholder Management
