Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries.
  • Implement and communicate HR policies to create a positive work environment.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to maintain morale and strengthen employer branding.
  • Manage key HR deliverables including budgeting, resource planning, attrition & internal mobility.
  • Advise and support managers on HR policies, talent development, and complex HR issues.
  • Plan & execute employee training programs using internal resources.
  • Oversee performance management, productivity enhancement & PIP implementation.
  • Manage continuous feedback channels & ensure timely HR process execution.
  • Handle year-end compensation process with management.
  • Monitor statutory compliance – PF, ESI, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interview coordination, offer letters.
  • Manage onboarding: background checks, orientation, required trainings.
  • Manage offboarding: exit interviews, documentation, full & final settlement.
  • Plan & conduct employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee grievances & conduct internal investigations.
  • Coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing.
  • Maintain HR reporting & handle admin-related tasks.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes & assist in administrative projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4–5 years of experience in HR.
  • Excellent written & spoken English; fluency in Kannada preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset for HR planning & forecasting.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, compliance & employment laws.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently & manage time efficiently.
  • High professionalism, confidentiality & a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solving ability and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
