Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries.
- Implement and communicate HR policies to create a positive work environment.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to maintain morale and strengthen employer branding.
- Manage key HR deliverables including budgeting, resource planning, attrition & internal mobility.
- Advise and support managers on HR policies, talent development, and complex HR issues.
- Plan & execute employee training programs using internal resources.
- Oversee performance management, productivity enhancement & PIP implementation.
- Manage continuous feedback channels & ensure timely HR process execution.
- Handle year-end compensation process with management.
- Monitor statutory compliance – PF, ESI, and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interview coordination, offer letters.
- Manage onboarding: background checks, orientation, required trainings.
- Manage offboarding: exit interviews, documentation, full & final settlement.
- Plan & conduct employee engagement activities.
- Address employee grievances & conduct internal investigations.
- Coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain HR reporting & handle admin-related tasks.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes & assist in administrative projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4–5 years of experience in HR.
- Excellent written & spoken English; fluency in Kannada preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication & relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset for HR planning & forecasting.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, compliance & employment laws.
- Ability to multitask, work independently & manage time efficiently.
- High professionalism, confidentiality & a positive attitude.
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
