SR. HR Operations Executive

Position(s): Sr. HR Operations Executive

Experience – 4 - 6 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Brief: This role involves handling day-to-day HR processes, ensuring compliance with

policies and procedures, and delivering excellent customer service to employees. The Sr. HR

Operations executive works closely with the HR team, managers, and employees to facilitate

smooth HR operations within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

1. HR Process Administration: Execute and manage HR processes such as employee onboarding,

offboarding, transfers, promotions, and other personnel changes. Ensure accurate and timely

data entry and maintenance of HRIS and other HR databases.

2. Employee Data Management: Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity,

confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations. Process employee information

changes, including personal details, job titles, compensation, benefits, and organizational

structure updates.

3. Employee Support and Query Resolution: Respond to employee inquiries related to HR

policies, benefits, and processes. Address and resolve employee concerns.

4. HR Systems and Tools: Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of HR

systems and tools, time and attendance, performance management, and employee self-service

portals. Collaborate with IT or external vendors, integrations, and issue resolution.

6. Contribute to streamlining HR processes and enhancing operational efficiency and

implementing best practices.

7. Training and Documentation: Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs

and materials. Create and update HR process documentation, employee handbooks, and

standard operating procedures.

8.Involved in NON-IT recruitment.

9. Highly organized and flexible

Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR systems and tools.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
