Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation and management of HR operational processes and systems.

  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data and timely submissions.
  • Conduct disciplinaries and grievances for employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Assist in policy development, job evaluations and ensure proper communication to employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance HR service delivery in the retail industry.
Qualifications

A successful Sr HR Operations Executive should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and local labour laws in Dubai.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools for managing employee data.
