Sr. HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring requirements to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Post job openings on internal and external job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• Source potential candidates through databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all recruitment records are updated.
• Extend job offers and handle pre-boarding activities.
• Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Promote the company’s employer brand and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with recruiting trends, best practices, and employment laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Field.
• 0-1 year of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in agency setting.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
